  • Client: Refers to any individual, business, or entity that engages with WayBoost Solutions Inc. for web development, marketing, or related services.
  • Services: Includes but is not limited to website development, SEO, digital marketing, branding, and consulting provided by WayBoost Solutions Inc.
  • Agreement: Refers to these Terms and Conditions, along with any proposal, invoice, or contract agreed upon between WayBoost Solutions Inc. and the Client.

2. Scope of Services

  • We offer web development, digital marketing, SEO, content creation, branding, and other related services.
  • Project details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed-upon contract or invoice terms.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension and/or late fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide all necessary materials, content, and access required for project completion.
  • Delays caused by the Client may result in extended project timelines without liability to WayBoost Solutions Inc.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring that any provided content complies with copyright and other applicable laws.

5. Revisions & Modifications

  • We offer a limited number of revisions based on the agreed proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Requests for modifications must be communicated in writing within the revision period specified in the agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the Client receives the rights to the final project deliverables.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Any third-party software, plugins, or licensed content used in the project remains the property of its respective owners.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties.
  • WayBoost Solutions Inc. may use project details for marketing and promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • We are not liable for issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or software integrations.

9. Refund Policy

All payments made to WayBoost Solutions Inc. are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a service agreement. All sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Web development, digital marketing, SEO, and consulting services.
  • Hosting services and domain name purchases.
  • Completed projects, digital products, and delivered work.
  • Deposits and upfront payments.

If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any other circumstances.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
  • If the Client terminates the project, they are responsible for payment for completed work up to the termination date.
  • WayBoost Solutions Inc. reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first attempt to be resolved through mutual discussion.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled exclusively in the Ontario Court of Justice, Brampton, in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
